    The question could be reframed by asking which suburbs in the Melbourne metropolis (MSD), (or in Sydney) have the potential to generate significant increases in PT trips by the census year 2051?
    Several existing tram route catchments in the inner MSD already carry crush loads and are at capacity. However, the Metro system will possibly generate significant increases in trip generation from the few suburbs the improved Metro Rail will serve more effectively.
    Averaged out Metropolitan-wide significant increases in PT trips is dream stuff.
