    Who is the Royal we? There are different market segments seeking a range of affordable accommodation. Of course, one market segment would include multi-million penthouse trophy display seekers. This category and their ability to pay cannot be ignored in any business outcome.
    However are the residential towers of more than six floors meeting the expectations of the many people walking their kids to the local primary school?
    TCPA interviews with residents with kids who live above three floors indicates a very strong preference to be within shouting range of potential ground level family play and social space.
