The hazards of restricting supply

An object lesson for city policy-makers – this is what happens in Dogtown when supply is restricted. Of course we humans would eliminate the queue by selling the tree to the highest bidder!

    Seems like bad planning to me … a few of these dogs should be recruited into any future Greening Australia projects. More trees, fewer queues! Many could undoubtedly help with the fertilizing aspect at least ..
